By engaging GraphiCraft, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Scope of Work

All project scopes, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual proposals or statements of work agreed by both parties.

Payment

Projects require a deposit before work begins. Remaining balances are due upon delivery unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

Final approved deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment. Working files remain the property of GraphiCraft unless included in the agreement.

Revisions

The number of revision rounds is specified per package. Additional rounds may be quoted separately.

Liability

GraphiCraft is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered materials.
